This gentle class is based on Tai Chi by combining slow flowing movements with deep breathing. 

Your tutor Amanda will guide you through a series of movements that are both relaxing and energising. 

You will also be introduced to relaxing practices such as breathwork and EFT and each session will complete with a 15 minute relaxation.
