Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping involves tapping meridan certain points on the body.
Research shows it is very effective in reducing the following:
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Depression
- Physical pain
It is simple to do and very empowering as it uses the body's own healing power.
