Each week the Walking Group will travel to various local parks for a one hour gentle sociable stroll and chat! This is NOT a fast paced walk, more of a gentle stroll.

Walking is one of the easiest ways to

  • get more active,
  • lose weight and
  • has been shown to reduce the risk of chronic illnesses.
