COURSE AIM:
To ensure candidates are competent with all the skills and knowledge in Food Safety.

THE COURSE INCLUDES:

  • Introduction to Food Safety
  • Microbiological hazards and control of same
  • Personal health and hygiene
  • Do’s and don’ts of handling food
  • Do’s and don’ts of cleaning
  • Safe handling and storage of food
  • Pest awareness

DURATION OF THE COURSE:   Taught over 3 and a half Hours

CERTIFICATION:  3-year certificate of competency following successful assessment
