COURSE AIM:
To ensure candidates are competent with all the skills and knowledge in Food Safety.
THE COURSE INCLUDES:
- Introduction to Food Safety
- Microbiological hazards and control of same
- Personal health and hygiene
- Do’s and don’ts of handling food
- Do’s and don’ts of cleaning
- Safe handling and storage of food
- Pest awareness
DURATION OF THE COURSE: Taught over 3 and a half Hours
CERTIFICATION: 3-year certificate of competency following successful assessment
