Yoga is back with Laura Stankute (astanga style). Suitable for absolute beginners as well as those more advanced, it is perfect course if you want to pause for an hour and relax but also feel fitter, have more energy and feel better equipped to deal with the stresses of modern living.
It involves a series of postures, breathwork, and a lovely relaxation.
