Forest bathing or ‘shinrin-yoku’ was first developed in Japan where government studies showed that mindful exploration in a
forest could reduce

  • blood pressure,
  • lower stress hormone levels and
  • improve concentration and memory.

The leader will gently guide you in a slow, relaxing and wonderful sensory journey through the trees.
