ESOL Entry 1 - Speaking & Listening
Course Duration: 24 weeks twice per week for 2 hours
Entry Requirements: Must complete an initial assessment

ESOL Entry 2 - Speaking & Listening
Entry Requirements: Must complete an initial assessment
Course Duration: 2 x hours x 2 days per week for 24 weeks

- Obtaining/Providing specific information
- Following instructions
- Correct pronunciation
- Contribute to discussions
Course Duration: 3 hours x 2 days per week
Entry Requirements: Must complete an initial assessment and have passed Entry 2

This course is aimed at those who do not have GCSE English and is designed to improve the individual’s quality of life and their employment opportunities.
Course Duration: 2 hours x 2 days per week.
Course Summary:

The course is built around themes such as:
• Spelling,
• Form Filling
• Letter Writing
• Work Related Skills, such as taking messages
• Improving Communication
• Written Presentation

Entry Requirements: No qualifications needed, especially aimed at those who do not have GCSE Maths
Course Summary: The aim is to improve learners’ ability to understand, calculate, manipulate and interpret mathematical information.
Three elements are covered:
- Number
- Measure, Shape and Space
- Handling data
Course Details: This course is designed to support learners who wish to improve their Mathematical skills. The Course follows the National Curriculum for Essential Skills at Entry Level and Level 1.
