This gentle class is based on Tai Chi using slow flowing movements and deep breathing. Amanda will guide you through a series of movements that are both relaxing and energising, creating a wonderful sense of Wellbeing. Each session will complete with a 10-minute relaxation. It can be adapted for all physical abilities. Tai Chi can help with:
