Information Disorder Dialogue Circle (5 weekly sessions x 2 hours each)
Join facilitated conversations exploring how misinformation and disinformation affect our communities. Through open dialogue, we’ll examine how false narratives spread, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to identify reliable information sources. These sessions create a safe space to discuss challenging topics, challenge stereotypes, and build understanding across different community perspectives.
Sanctuary Runners (runners, joggers, walkers and talkers all welcome! - weekly 1 hr session)
Be part of an inclusive group that brings together people seeking sanctuary, migrants and local residents. All fitness levels welcome! Whether you walk, jog or run, you’ll enjoy exercise, fresh air and genuine conversation in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Its about connection, not competition! Bring a smile and register to get your free Sanctuary Runners top. We plan on hosting 3 groups across Dungannon, Magherafelt and Cookstown.
Improve Your English Classes (7 sessions x 1.5 hours each)
Develop your English language skills in a friendly, supportive classroom setting. These classes focus on practical communication for everyday life in Mid Ulster. Small group sizes ensure personalised attention, and you’ll practice speaking, listening, reading and writing in real-world contexts.
Exploring Trauma and Moving On (3 sessions x 4 hours each)
A supportive programme for those who have experienced trauma. (particularly refugees and displaced persons but also local people who have lived through the troubles). Through guided workshops, you’ll explore healing strategies, build resilience, and connect with others who understand your journey. Facilitated by an experienced practitioner in a confidential, culturally sensitive environment. The dates are

Cultural Awareness and Integration Course (5 sessions x 2 hours each)
Learn about the rich cultural diversity within Mid Ulster whilst developing practical skills for integration. Topics include understanding local systems and services, exploring different cultural traditions, building cross-cultural communication skills, and creating networks of support. Open to both new and established residents wanting to strengthen community connections.
Citizenship Exam Mentoring (5 sessions x 2 hours each)
Prepare for the UK Citizenship exam with guidance and support. Work through practice questions and build confidence in a supportive group. Our experienced mentors will help you understand the test format, review key topics, and develop effective study strategies to increase your chances of success.
