Join professional photographer Catriona Corrigan on our new Mindful Photography course starting this Autumn.
Catriona will help you to improve your smartphone photography and also guide you in quieting the mind, sparking your creativity and reconnecting with nature. The first and last week will be in the classroom here in FSWC and the middle 4 weeks will be out and about in various parks, soaking up the surroundings and capturing beautiful and intersting photos!

This gentle class is based on Tai Chi using slow flowing movements and deep breathing. Amanda will guide you through a series of movements that are both relaxing and energising, creating a wonderful sense of Wellbeing. Each session will complete with a 10-minute relaxation.
