Forest bathing or ‘shinrin-yoku’ was first developed in Japan where government studies showed that mindful exploration in a
forest could reduce
- blood pressure
- lower stress hormone levels and
- improve concentration and memory.
The leader will gently guide you in a slow, relaxing and wonderful sensory journey through the trees.
